Job Description
The role will be to work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales process including building and maintaining your own business pipeline selling our Products & Services
Job Responsibilities
- Make telephone calls to prospects
- Generate leads to develop business from different sources
- Understand their needs and pick up on additional or missing details to understand customer requirements, A good command of account profiling and a proven ability to navigate to key contacts
- Follow up regularly to ensure lead conversion
- Maintain customer/potential customer data base
- Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client.
- Regularly update the Business Development with customer issues
- Book appointment for field sales team with the emphasis on high-quality leads.
- Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company products and services.
- Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
- Record details of opportunities and lead notes
Competencies/ Skill Requirements
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Ability to think through a business both strategically and operationally
- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Any Industry/ Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.
- Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
- Confident, self-motivated and commission driven
- Friendly personality and team player
