PROFESSIONAL FITNESS Les Mills™ assessors uphold the gold standard of video assessment. They ensure global standards are met and instructor development is enhanced.
Your skills include: a comprehensive understanding of the 5 Key Elements (choreography, technique, coaching, connection, creating magic), an eye for detail, a conscientious and process driven work ethic, the ability to identify and develop the potential in others.
You know you are the right person if: fellow Instructors seek your advice on teaching issues, you help others develop as an Instructor, you like systematized, processes that give clear guidance, you are an asset to your club.
How to Get There
- Based in the India
- Affiliated with a licensed Les Mills™ Club
- A Qualified Les Mills™ instructor in two or more programs
- An instructor for 12+ months in the program you are applying for
- An excellent communicator with functional computer skills (MS Office)
- Available to commit 10-12 hours per week to assessing
If you meet the criteria and are ready to lead, please contact our training department to apply right away. You may be required to submit a tape of yourself teaching if your application is accepted.
After successfully completing your Assessor training with PROFESSIONAL FITNESS, you will be offered a traineeship and considered a trainee until full clearance. This means you will be required to assess a minimum of 15 DVDs for quality check and assessment by the Les Mills™ Training Manager and/or Head Assessor. After completing and passing your traineeship, you will be offered a contract with PROFESSIONAL FITNESS as a Les Mills™ Assessor.
